Hyrum 'Moe' Brave Rock: Our lead outfitter, guide, and owner is a Blackfeet tribal member and our big game hunting specialist. Known for his excellent big game calls, he has a solid reputation of continuously taking down big game. Hyrum brings a lifetime hunting experience; his knowledge of the area and game trails is well recognized and admired. Well versed in field dressing, and understanding taxidermy needs, Hyrum is frequently called upon by fellow tribal members to guide them on hunts in their own backyard. Darren Kipp: Professional hunters such as, Bob Foulkrod, Bob Robb, Pat Giligan, John Fossel, Jim Hole, Jr., Bill Gorman, and Wayne Carlton have hunted and worked with Darren over the years. A professional cameraman and producer, Darren has filmed and field produced some of the most adventurous hunting programs, Gortex: Outdoor Adventures, L.L. Bean, Fly Fishing America, and Elk Country Journal are just a few for Versus TV. Known for his relentless pursuits and camo-techs, Darren is an excellent hunter and tracker. Also, a tribal member he can help answer questions and get you geared up for the hunt.
Alvin T. Yellow Owl Jr: Our main horse wrangler. Alvin is our first call when we need an additional hunting guide or head for the high country for backcountry camps. Alvin is an enrolled member of the Blackfeet tribe and knows the Reservation as well as few others ever will. Do to his long range shooting ability Alvin was asked to compete in a shooting competition called 'The Shooters' which aired on the Versus channel. Alvin was also asked to write a chapter about Native American hunting in a book written by author, writer and actor James A. Swan, Ph. D. called CHASING THE HUNTER'S DREAM.
Dr. Swan is an author of seven popular non-fiction books that have sold well over 100,000 copies world wide, two of which have been book of the month selections-Sacred Places and The Sacred Heart of Hunting.
